TRANSHEALTHOTTAWA.ORG exists to support trans and gender diverse community members navigate transition-related and general health services in the Champlain region (Ottawa and surrounding areas).
This site also brings together pertinent information and resources for health and social service providers, including information on transition-related healthcare, provision of inclusive care and local educational opportunities.
TRANSHEALTHOTTAWA.ORG was created and is maintained by The Champlain Regional Planning Table (RPT) for Trans, Non-binary, Two Spirit, Intersex and Gender Diverse Health. The RPT is a coalition of community members and service providers working to improve trans, two spirit, non-binary, intersex and gender diverse health in Ottawa and the surrounding areas, funded by Ontario Health East. The RPT operates on unceded and unsurrendered Algonquin territory, colonially known as Ottawa.

Rainbow Health Ontario also hosts a mentorship call on the first and third Wednesday of each month, where providers can bring forward cases and questions for discussion and problem-solving.
