This table works to guide the work of the RPT and helps to improve trans health and trans health services in and around Ottawa. There are also occasional opportunities for the CAT to take on additional initiatives related to the advancement of trans health in the region (examples: developing toolkits, resources, etc.).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are not currently seeking new community members to join the CAT, but you can drop us a line using the form below to express interest and be added to a list of candidates to consider when a seat is available. <\/span><\/p><p><b>What you need to know:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The CAT meets nine times a year for 90 minute virtual meetings<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All members receive an honorarium of $30\/hour for their time in meetings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Interested?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please fill out the application form below<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to tell us a bit about yourself and why you\u2019d like to join the CAT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you submit your application, the RPT will review and the RPT\u2019s system planner, Wisdom2Action, will reach out to you regarding your application!\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Note: In the past, we have recruited for the CAT by requesting folks email us their expression of interest. This was done to keep the barriers to applying as low as possible. Recently, we have been receiving spam responses when taking this approach. While we recognize that an online form takes a bit more time on your end, the form helps us keep track of applications and ensure that your application doesn\u2019t get lost amongst the spam!
