Les deux principaux prestataires de soins aux personnes trans de la r\u00e9gion, le Programme de sant\u00e9 des personnes trans du Centre de sant\u00e9 communautaire du centre-ville et la Clinique de la diversit\u00e9 des genres du CHEO, font face \u00e0 une demande croissante qui d\u00e9passe leurs capacit\u00e9s. Les patients trans et de diverses identit\u00e9s de genre doivent attendre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 22\u00a0mois avant d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des traitements hormonaux potentiellement salvateurs et d\u2019\u00eatre orient\u00e9s vers une chirurgie.
