Elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour favoriser des caract\u00e9ristiques physiques refl\u00e9tant votre identit\u00e9 ou votre expression de genre, ce qui peut vous aider \u00e0 vous sentir mieux dans votre corps et avoir des effets positifs sur votre bien-\u00eatre mental. Le choix de commencer un THS vous appartient. Si vous avez un prestataire de soins primaires et que vous avez besoin d\u2019aide pour lui parler du THS, <\/span><a href=\"\/fr\/resources\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vous pouvez cliquer ici pour trouver des ressources qui vous aideront<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous n\u2019avez pas de prestataire de soins primaires ou de m\u00e9decin de famille, s\u2019il n\u2019est pas \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec le traitement hormonal substitutif ou si vous ne vous sentez pas \u00e0 l\u2019aise d\u2019aborder le sujet avec lui, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.centretownchc.org\/programs-services\/lgbtq-trans-health-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le programme de sant\u00e9 pour les personnes trans du Centre de sant\u00e9 communautaire du centre-ville<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> peut vous aider. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La clinique offre des hormones f\u00e9minisantes et masculinisantes et adapte ce service \u00e0 vos besoins et \u00e0 vos objectifs de transition. Le personnel vous expliquera les effets des hormones et travaillera avec vous pour choisir le traitement qui vous convient le mieux. La clinique communiquera avec votre prestataire de soins primaires et lui donnera les informations dont il ou elle a besoin pour continuer \u00e0 vous prescrire des
